Poppy is amazing! One of the best massages I’ve ever had she really knows what she’s doing. Super professional, friendly, and made me feel completely relaxed and comfortable. I left feeling refreshed and recharged. Highly recommend her!

Big thank you to poppy, i had a lot of stiffness in my lower back and a trapped nerve in my shoulder. Poppy set about me, as others have mentioned, Poppy was excellent , friendly , polite and professional. I booked a 1 hr session, had a deep, hard massage. I came away a lot more relaxed and improved movement. Highly recommend BanThai. 🙏

First time trying Ban Thai, The ladies were very welcoming and friendly. The vibe was very calming and Poppy gave me the most amazing full body massage. I will definitely be returning. I reccomend this place to anyone in Newcastle :)

I have a historically bad back and slipped disc. Anna was so good, kept checking pressure was right and avoided sensitive area. So thorough, even my hands feet and head were massaged. Has really helped my aching back and will be returning!
My first visit and treatment with lovely ANNA. As everyone has said, such a superb full body massage. My feet and legs felt so light I skipped out. My sore back felt amaZing. The head and face, oh and hands was absolutely divine. All in all it was just FABULOUS 🤩. I hope to become a regular. Thank you for your hard work and focused effort. You made me very happy 😊.. Diane. Ps... Will bring Steve next time 😉

Literally life altering haha. The place is a small hole-in-the-wall, green door with a holden handle (in case you are walking in circles like I was). But such an incredibly good massage service! Poppy was fantastic. She was attentive to the small and big knots, and was really persistent with a deep stubborn knot I have. All the other pains are all gone- and she cracks all your joints like a chiropractor! I would highly recommend going for a full hour massage if you have chronic long term muscle aches. I will definitely book in another session next week!

Had a wonderful couples full body massage. Just the right amount of pressure was used. Rooms are warm and welcoming will definitely be coming back. Just can't thank the team enough feeling much better

Lovely place and people had a 90 minute deep tissue massage off Anna it was the best Massage I’ve had yet I Felt so much better afterwards just what I needed and she’s professional and really good at her job,will definitely be having another massage of Anna thanks Dan

Yes, it was painful. Yes, I probably sounded like a dying whale and ruined the tranquil spa vibes for everyone else (sorry!). But honestly? WORTH. EVERY. SECOND.
Walked in like the Hunchback of Notre-Dame, walked out feeling like I could do a backflip (I won’t, but still). Definitely booking more sessions – my body clearly has years of stress to work through.

Had a wonderful full body massage today by Anna.......very relaxing and very professional. She was concentrating more on my upper back/shoulders as they are really tight muscles after a neck operation I had a few years ago. She really is a superb masseur whom I highly recommend. Get booking in folks.........most relaxing hour you'll ever have 👌

Poppy is amazing. Very intense massage but felt great after. Found my knots and worked to ease them. Wonderful
Poppy did a wonderful job loosening all my knots, even though my shoulders were so tight! Atmosphere was lovely and relaxing. I'll definitely be back soon.

I’m leaving this review after my second visit. Having suffered from a lot of back pain I thought I would give this place a try. After my first visit I managed to sleep a lot better 🙏🏽 I was so grateful. I had Anna today and she was amazing! She worked on my existing knots and areas I have been struggling with, overall I feel so much better and will definitely book in again. Nice ambience and atmosphere, would definitely recommend.My first visit to BanThai therapy. I’d booked by phone so hadn’t seen inside when I turned up for my appointment. I loved it, quite dark, warm and fragrant, very cosy. Anna did my massage, top to toe for an hour, it was just marvellous. I feel thoroughly pummelled, very relaxed and recommend a visit.
